Dev-C++ is a free integrated development environment for the C programming language and its derivative, C++. Distributed under the GNU GPL by Bloodshed Software, Dev-C++ runs on Microsoft Windows and uses MinGW for compilation. The program itself, which has a similar look and feel to the more widely used Microsoft Visual Studio, is implemented in Delphi.
