ziggurat to Marduk in Babylon. Originally seven stories in height, little remains of it now save ruins. (Note that seven stories in height at the time was rather significant) Etemenanki is thought by some to be the Tower of Babel.
Etemenanki is also the name of a website by Goro Adachi which attempts to "connect-the-dots" between modern events and ancient myth to try and unravel mystery in our world today.
