Multistate Bar Examination



         


The Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) is six-hour, two-hundred question multiple-choice examination covering contracts, torts, constitutional law, criminal law, evidence, and real property. It is administered during a single day of bar examinations in 48 states and the District of Columbia; the only states that do not administer the MBE are Louisiana and Washington. It is developed by National Conference of Bar Examiners.
