Sachertorte is a chocolate-cake, invented by Franz Sacher in 1832 for Klemens Wenzel von Metternich in Vienna, Austria.
It constists of a fluffy chocolate-cream with "Marillen-Marmelade", which tastes a bit like peaches, mixed and fixed between cake-top and -bottom. The ends are covered with a chocolate icing.
