The original Wiener Schnitzel is actually a veal cutlet. Anyway if you go to a pub you quite possibly get a "Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein" which is obviously pork. Wiener Schnitzel is usually served either with Potato Salad or with rice. You might also want to try Pariser Schnitzel. As dessert you should have Kaiserschmarn.
